My top tips for fertility:
- Eat a nautural whole food diet
- Get to a health weight before conception
- If you or your partner suffer from digestive upsets look at addressing these
- Ditch the alcohol for 3 months preconception
- Exercise every day for at least 30 mins per day
- Top foods include avacados, green leafy vegetables, berries, garlic, fresh herbs
